Equal Playing time policy
Kings Langley Soccer Football Club Inc., mandate that all coaches and managers must ensure that all players get equal time on the field of play during the season.
This policy is in line with FNSW philosophy where they recently announced the following:
Equitable Playing Time
It is the responsibility of the coaches to provide equal development opportunities for players under their tutelage. Feedback from participants would indicate that this principle is not being applied consistently at all Licensees, and will be a focus of Football NSW in 2014.
